When you order a set of blueprints, you are actually paying for the time and ingenuity that went into creating a home design. Because you are buying an idea, or intellectual property, our Return Policy is very strict. To protect Lifestyle Home Collection from fraud or copyright infringement, we accept no returns for refund or exchange. To review a plan before making a significant financial commitment, we recommend ordering a plan’s Study Set. This set will include one copy of the plan’s four elevations, and basic floor plans of the foundation, first, and second floors. These are not construction drawings. The price of the Study Set will be credited toward the cost of your construction drawings, should you decide to place an order.
